Single Ply Conveyor Belts

We supply PTFE glass and PTFE aramid conveyor belts. Different weaving patterns of the fabric and different yarns offer a variety of surface structures. The belts are manufactures exactly for the needs of our customer.

Standard conveyor belts with a closed surface and open-mesh PTFE glass fabrics are available up to a width of 5 m. Open mesh PTFE aramid fabrics have a maximum width of 4,8 m.

The conveyor belts can be produced endless or they can be joint in the machine. Several welded types of joints can be used: Finger joint, overlapped joint. Mechanical joint such as PEEK spiral joint, stainless steel joint or strap hooks are also available.

Release you Problems! Single ply conveyor belts up to 3 m width can be fitted with the Magic Surface, a melt processable PTFE film. The sealing offers high belt lifetimes and less wear, especially if products based on PP, PE or EVA are processed on the conveyor belts.
